Birthday for son and Blog Post.

Spread the love
P.J. and Archer

Nineteen years ago today, my son P.J. was born. Twenty-two hours of labor but it was all worth it once I held that little baby with a ton of dark hair and huge dark eyes. I can’t believe he’s on the verge of not being a teenager anymore. Where did the time go? There a lot of family members I wish he could have met and there are some I wish were still here to see what a handsome, smart, and kind young man he has grown up to be. The photo above was taken around Christmas time. P.J. loved my second youngest brother and sister-in-law’s dog named Archer when we visited them and stayed with him. Happy Birthday Kiddo and yes I will still keep calling him Kiddo always, and we all love you and are proud of you.

In other news, my blog post for adoption network Cleveland has been posted. You can read it here, https://www.adoptionnetwork.org/news-events/archive.html/article/2020/05/05/the-importance-of-historical-markers-for-two-former-maternity-infant-home-sites

I am really hopeful that the markers can be placed. It is just a matter of filling out the application, and finding the funds and resources to do so. I do have some contacts at Cuyahoga Community College I will reach out to soon and if anyone knows of any contacts for Cleveland Clinic for the Florence Crittendon house, please let me know.
